Question: How much does a sunroom cost?
Answer:
Depending upon the model, a Four Seasons Sunroom may cost slightly more than a similarly sized conventional addition – but will add much more to your home and quality of family life than just an ordinary room. Any time you want to add space, light, and an airy, open feel to your home, consider a Four Seasons glass room addition. As to specific costs, there are many variables to be considered before making an estimate — everything from size and style of the room addition to drainage considerations at the site can affect pricing. That's why we offer a free, no-obligation, on-site design consultation.

Question: How long will it take to complete my sunroom?
Answer:
Timing depends on the size and complexity of your sunroom or conservatory — but typically, your glass room addition is completed within a few weeks, from start to finish. Four Seasons Sunrooms uses modular construction techniques and established designs, so all of our glass room additions are completed much faster than any ordinary addition would be. We understand that you'll be living at home while we work, so we will complete the project as quickly, efficiently, quietly and unobtrusively as possible.
Question: Can I really use a sunroom year-round? Doesn't it cost a fortune to heat it and cool it?
Answer:
Yes, you can use a Four Seasons Sunroom 365 days a year.
And no, it won't cost a fortune to keep it comfortable. Our patented CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ technology is extremely energy-efficient, so your new Four Seasons room addition stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Question: How much space do I need to build a glass room addition
Answer:
Room additions can be virtually any size, from a compact balcony to a sweeping backyard conservatory.
Question: What do I do about getting local building permits?
Answer:
Our local independently owned and operated dealer and franchises handle all phases of construction - including the permit acquisition process.
Question: Do sunrooms leak?
Answer:
When properly installed, Four Seasons Sunrooms are guaranteed to be leak-free.
Question: Can I open the windows in a sunroom?
Answer:
Any of our glass room additions can be outfitted with your choice of windows, doors -- even skylights. Window choics include sliding, casement, awning and fixed, while doors are available as sliding, french, or single swing doors.
Question: What's the difference between and "Sun and Stars" room and a "Sun and Shade" room?
Answer:
Sun and Stars rooms have a glass roof. Sun and Shade rooms have a solid roof. While all Four Seasons glass room additions are available with glass roofs, you can choose a solid roof (with or without skylights) only in our cathedral ceiling models and straight eave or studio models. Solid roofs are not available in conservatories or curved eave designs.
Question: How do I clean the special "CONSERVAGLASS PLUS"?
Answer:
Our CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ is wonderfully low-maintenance, thanks to our patented Stay-Clean Technology. This exterior surface coating repels water, which keeps your Four Seasons Sunroom cleaner longer. The interior surface is simply cleaned with regular glass cleaner. For best results, of course, plan to include your sunroom in your regular "spring cleaning" routine.
Question: Will my upholstery and carpet fade from all the sunlight?
Answer:
CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ helps protect your furniture and carpeting by blocking up to 90% of harmful UV light. Your upholstery should fade less than it would in a conventional room by a conventional window.
